Hi, I’m Allyson — the heart and hands behind "That Girl's Bakery!", a cozy cottage bakery nestled in Colerain Township. Officially launched in 2025 but inspired by a lifetime of sweet memories and flour-dusted countertops, this home-based bakery serves Cincinnati, Ohio and the surrounding area with handcrafted treats.
Baking has always been part of my story. I grew up learning the magic of mixing, measuring, and making from my mom and grandma. From licking batter off spoons as a child to rolling out pie crusts and decorating birthday cakes, I discovered early on that baking isn’t just about food — it’s about love, creativity, and connection.
What began as weekend experiments and holiday traditions slowly grew into something more. After years of sharing treats with family and friends, I finally took the leap and opened "That Girl's Bakery!" Every cookie, cake, and cupcake I make is infused with the same care and creativity that’s guided me since day one.
